2. Trump's corruption is reaching a new level and it's a dangerous moment for America. Ideally, it would be fought with a bipartisan coalition. We know that's not happening. So it has to be fought by the Democrats. But primaries will keep the party divided in near term.

3. Bernies popular vote victories in Iowa and NH have made him the frontrunner. It's unlikely that the number 2 candidate, Buttigieg, will get far now that he has to compete in states that aren't overwhelmingly white. Still, Sanders coalition needs to grow. It'll be a slog

Jeet the Democratic Party is deep in a glorious primary season which can't and shouldn't be cut short. Yes call for civility, solidarity and unity around the eventual nominee, but demanding preemptive surrender by those with different preferences is not the way to build unity.
