Sure -- Iowa is bad, has always been bad (at least since 1972) and in fact we have a better sense of things now because there is far more transparency. & candidates should rightly focus on next state. But since we're not politicians we can spend more time underscoring badness.

Right, but there were also a lot of calls to "move on" (including, as you pointed out, from the Sanders campaign). I think in terms of building trust in party (key to defeating Trump), that "move on" message is bad & there should be an accountability message.

If there's a democratic president elected it will be 100% up to them whether it gets changed. No one will pay attention or care about the DNC when they run as an incumbent and it will be largely forgotten by the time 8 years have gone by.
