It is good people personally disenfranchised by conventional caucuses get a voice, but it's not good that a new layer of unequal representation has been created as the clumsy solution. Rather than layers of kludge, separately susceptible to gaming, they could just do a primary.

Sure, we should get rid of the caucuses. But if we do that, then Bernie won a decisive popular vote victory and he did so by the best means possible -- organizing people excluded by the system (the young, immigrants).
