Back in the 1960s California governor Pat Brown was heartened to be opposed by Ronald Reagan, thinking he'd be the easiest Republican to beat. And the DNC in 2015 had a memo suggesting that they "elevate" Trump in the GOP. And of course the Germans & Lenin.https://twitter.com/stuartpstevens/status/1218936905061941248 …

Trump world pulling for Bernie reminds me of all the R 2016 candidates killing each other to get one on one with Trump. Obviously a failed casino owner who talked about dating his daughter couldn’t win & obviously a socialist can’t win. https://twitter.com/jkempcpa/status/1218916677863297027 …

This is still a Boomer dominated election, and at this point I think only Biden and Bernie can win. Of the two, Biden’s smart enough not to listen to his advisors and seems to have the judgment not to hire dirtbags.

Millennials made up a larger portion of the electric than Boomers in 2018. You're trying to launder your personal preferences as the pragmatic choice but the math just doesn't support your claim.

Good point, but bad example: the Germans and Lenin worked great for the Germans in the short term (they won WWI on the Eastern Front). Better example: the German Communists and Hitler. https://www.newstatesman.com/world/europe/2018/10/how-left-enabled-fascism …
