1. Some very smart people, notably @michelleinbklyn & @mattyglesias, have been calling for protest movements to support the cause of impeachment. An in fact, groups like Indivisible are pushing for an Impeachment Eve marches. But worth thinking about the goal here.

3. There's been a certain tampering down of protests after the first big one, the woman's march. But impeachment offers an occasion to recharge protest efforts under an umbrella that brings together disparate grounds for outrage.
