3. There's been a certain tampering down of protests after the first big one, the woman's march. But impeachment offers an occasion to recharge protest efforts under an umbrella that brings together disparate grounds for outrage.

The problem is that the impeachment isn’t about a major domestic issue, but questionable judgment speaking to a Ukrainian president. Americans should be marching over terrible health care and fraud and corruption — maybe Matt is fired up about Ukraine, most Americans aren’t.
