If political reporters don’t know the implications of using the word “nationality” or how it is different than ethnicity or identity or religion, then they are shit journalists. This isn’t an issue that is fixed by legal coverage: it’s a “this reporting is terrible” issue.

I'm genuinely confused, maybe you can help. In the article, I read the law as pertaining to "race, color and national origin." So, in order to include Jews under its protections, doesn't the order at least imply that they fit into one of those categories? Which they don't?
