It’s not equally distributed across the US. And it really correlates to obesity not race, but pointing out obesity has horrendous health implications is somewhat regarded as a hate crime now

Australia has commensurate obesity rates to the U.S and nothing like your problem with rising maternal death rates so try again. It’s a factor in maternal health complications, agreed, but not enough to explain the problems you have.
