1. Lots of people are cheering Twitter for rejecting political ads but there are serious downsides to this. As @ryangrim points out social media spending is a good way for insurgent campaigns to gain traction.

Seems to me like there should be a way to write the rules so "Trees are good" is okay but extreme and misleading claims are not. Maybe an exemption for established nonprofits whose ads pass a bipartisan review board?
