2. It's a tough choice. Trump has committed many crimes, some documented in the Mueller report, so why not draw up an indictment that includes them all?

This is the correct approach: selectively broad, focusing on the clearest examples of malfeasance and abuses of office. (The Emoluments violations since Day 1 are at top of the list for me, the original sin of this president* and his crime organization.)
