1. Impeach Kavanaugh? On the merits, sure. But as we know from Trump, just impeachment is both a political and legal process. And it's hard to imagine any process ending with 67 Senators voting to remove.

A federal judge can be prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned for committing perjury. It literally happened before. To a judge named Nixon! (Because we are living in a dumb simulation)

Also indict him for perjury. He can try to perform his duties from a jail cell. No protection against criminal liability and jail.

You make an important point about
@nytimes and this story: "Only Ford was allowed to testify in the Senate hearings. But the Times, correcting the newspaper’s own previous coverage, now found multiple sources supporting Ramirez’s claims." You wonder why the lede is buried... -
...but it's a pattern. During the hearings, a full investigation leading to this new information would have made it tougher to confirm Kavanaugh. But labeling the story as some sociology take on university admissions mean that many readers interested in SCOTUS will pass. 2/3

Jeet, Jeet, the NYT piece was FAKE. You know that, right? Do you care? Do you understand how absurd your moaning to impeach Kavanaugh is???

As I noted many month ago - your stupidity is not a national security secret. People noticed. Please be aware.

In my opinion, thirteen is not enough to fix the political problem. It's ridiculous that composition of the Court is the biggest factor for so many voters in every presidential election.
