The Caplansky's at Pearson's Terminal 3, operated by a conglomerate under license, is a surprisingly faithful recreation of the original, right down to the wild inconsistency of the food.

It's the last one. And frankly no more overpriced than the original. (But they don't offer, tongue, which was easily the best thing the College location did.)

They’re putting one in the SkyDome, iirc. Loved the tongue, and the brisket at College was great when they first opened, but not so much later.
