I did notice that the Canadian and UK media seem even more transparently right-wing than US media. Do you know why?

Have you read the Toronto Star? it is so far up the Liberal party backside, it should be renamed the Liberal Cheerleader. The Globe & Mail isn’t much better.

Maybe the only saving grace here is that Postmedia seems to be catastrophically bad at running a business. (see: 5-year stock performance)pic.twitter.com/WjJEEJatPl

If you're wealthy and benefit from the policies promoted by the paper sufficient to offset the cost of running it, it's a solid trade-off. Plus you can be feted by all your other rich friends.

Especially as Post columnists are in all post media owned smaller Canadian local newspapers.... and often entire sections are included ‘parts’ of the local paper . Example: see the Windsor Star. Only local paper in a union town. Will impact some I’m sure - already is.

Very puzzling. When I was Editor in Chief of the National Post, the paper was widely criticised as too conservative....The most intriguing sentence in the story is that Jordan Peterson is working on a “secret project” on the fifth floor of the Postmedia offices.

Fomenting right-wing revolution, dividing and conquering the population, turning one "side" against the other. Not by inciting civil-culture-war like in the U.S., with all their guns, but the Canadian way - with words
