Yes! None of these people are going to apologize when the world is overrun with water. They will become eco fascists and hoard resources on their mega yachts

The El Paso terrorist wasn't a MAGA guy. He was for UBI, and extreme measures to curb global warming. He also happened to equate that with racism & population control

Greens: a mass movement, overwhelmingly left if not clearly socialist. Eco-fascists: a few violent nuts not active in the green movement who read the unabomber manifesto. Greens must answer this dichotomy!

Great analysis. Expect to see more “bad/brown races = pollution” rhetoric. Indeed, the Nazis saw themselves as pro-nature, with their race as the pinnacle of “natural”.

article wont load for me for some reason, but in general I'm not sure there's really that much Eco in this particular fusion. Like: ~Ecofascists~ often dont support ecopolicies or oppose capitalist ecodestruction, they just use eco-arguments to justify their fascism.

I guess what I'm saying is that, to me, it really comes off more like a rhetorical pose fascists take rather than a genuinely different ideology.
