the centrists strike me as completely out of touch with current reality. they are debating c.1998 style and think trump is an isolated problem that, once gone, will magically resolve itself.

I slightly beg to differ. I'd have to look over the debate again but I don't think the centrists lost any ground whatsoever. I think the further leftists have the momentum overall but I don't think that the centrists lost any ground at all.

Sanders was seen to be a madman, waving his hands all over the place and frothing and yelling like a maniac; Warren had no answers for anything, the costing of her plans is quite obviously impossible. These two were the huge losers tonight, their faulty plans exposed.

The biggest jump should be for Klobuchar, she made sense and showed realistic passion. Buttigieg held his own, continues to prove his intellect. Beto made strides too. Williamson was a great orator tonight, had me up on my feet, almost.
