After 25 years of relentless attacks, Clinton was wounded and many of these same voters heard the same rhetoric about her from Bernie Sanders. Nothing was going to change that for the general.

No. The “didn’t vote” “liberals” didn’t think racism and misogyny were a big deal because they felt confident it wouldn’t actually effect them. They were and are assholes.
