No, but I was listening and she was defending the bill/her speech on the floor, pointing out that the wording only said that his comments were racist, not that he was racist. Don't recall her saying at any point that she didn't think Trump was racist. That was my interpretation.

She had to say it that way to accommodate House rules. According to Jefferson's Manual and Rules of the House, you can't call someone a racist on the House floor. That's why Hoyer said she was out of order and banished her from the floor. The House had to vote to let her return.
