A lot of 'Mainline Protestants' include Lutherans who are part of evangelical denominations outside of the generally progressive ELCA, as well as more-conservative churches within the United Methodists. So there's that part, too.

No one asked the Jews?
Pew usually only asks the Christians. To them, Christianity is religion. Sometimes Jews, and even rarer Muslims are asked. Everyone else is ignored or grouped in "other," which can technically also include sects if Chrisitianity because Pew is so reductive.
