I would far rather have a practical minded President and a radical Congress than the other way around. But alas. NO President will be able to do what needs doing without legislation (& a Court that allows it).

It’s not right, at all. Bernie’s plan is to reinvigorate democracy through citizen participation, plain and simple. That’s supposed to be the baseline of how our government works. If it somehow seems far-fetched to you, then think about what that says about how far we’ve strayed.
