This isn't really true. Besides the Lib Dem thing Conservatives are only efficiently distributed versus LibDem/Labour Opposition, they may be significantly more vulnerable to Brexit Party than either of those two parties.

It's also messy because there's no way the Brexit Party can muster 500+ candidates capable of running a campaign. (It's not going to be like the NDP candidates who won in 2011 without plans to give up their day jobs.)

That’s not true at all. This is from the local elections three weeks ago (admittedly with no Brexit Party standing), but all those dark yellow and dark grey areas across the South of England are areas of significant Liberal Democrat support.pic.twitter.com/QxVoMZdouw
