I'm not sure many MSNBC hosts would do something like what Ingraham did for Brat. I imagine the media landscape on the liberal-left is more fragmented than the right. Gets back to

i see things differently. msnbc has consistently put on the flimsiest, angriest, dippiest pro-Democratic pundits--not in an effort to support Dem candidates, policy, or values, but precisely the opposite--to protect the owners' capital and their tax cuts whilst garnering views

I suppose. Though I don’t see any comparison between say Chris Hayes and Lawrence O’Donnell to Hannity and Bill O’Reilly. Hayes and O’Donnell seem constrained by reality. O’Reilly and Hannity never suffered from such a weakness.
