FWIW, I don’t think his dictionary has caught up with the many ways it is used on Twitter.
I'm not sure that "set" is useful as a comparison. My point is that in usage the two distinct meanings are often muddled. I don't have a problem with that per se, but I think it is dishonest to say after the fact that "it has a very clear meaning"
