The saving grace of Trump is that he's a petty crook & TV addict with a penchant for personal vendettas. But look at what he's shown about how invincible a GOP president can be. Imagine that power in the hands of a Tom Cotton or a Ted Cruz.

I need someone to talk me off the ledge here. What's the argument that we're not witnessing the death of the rule of law in America?

Which means...PLENTY of time for this corrupt administration to do more damage. Thanks for nothing, Democrats.

Don’t worry—I’m sure it will be a free and fair election entirely without the president engaging in illegal conduct without fear of consequences!

I have complete confidence that there with not be an entirely fabricated Justice department "investigation" of whoever the nominee is, which will certainly not get repeated endlessly by the fox and crew until NYT is running on ever front page Nope. Surely that's not gonna happen

And, lemme say for the hundredth time: unless something shocking happens (an economic nosedive or a big break in various scandals), Trump *is* winning reelection. Sitting POTUSs in good economies win, even if they're terrible, incompetent, and viscous. Should impeach; shake it up

I think the Dem leadership team's problem is they're mostly the same people as in the Bush era, and they feel they can treat Trump as just another George W. Bush. He's not. He's far, far worse.

Without the Senate, it will fail. And then we will still have only the election. I dont want impeachments every term. I'll go with the election.

This is exactly backwards. Dems don't really have the election, because the regime aims to sabotage it. What Dems actually do have right now is the House and some states. So they need to use those assets to the max to contest the regime's power, while they still have them.
