If the evidence against the president, laid out in the Mueller Report, is not grounds for impeachment then you might as well take the impeachment provision out of the Constitution ... because what's the point of having it if you're not going to impeach this guy

When people say “the president cannot be indicted,” it should always be followed by the phrase WHILE IN OFFICE. No president gets a free pass to commit crimes. They can be indicted when they leave office.
