Can we have Bernie's foreign policy and Liz's domestic policy? Sanders/Warren 2020!
-
That would be ideal, yes.

I want to buy into this but what’s the explanation for his refusal to support sanctions on Russia?
-
The sanctions against Russia he voted against were tied to sanctions against Iran, which are part of triggering another war.

Filtered through the US security state, this will just result in us invading Turkmenistan for not having paid family leave or something

That tweet from Bernie is good and he's
correct on that. But I have memories of his struggles in 2016 talking about foreign policy. He's improved but it's a stretch to say it's his strength imo. The lack of FP experience in the current field makes him stand out tho. -
Also, there's a whole lot of footage of him talking positively about the USSR out there, that he didn't have to really address in 2016. If that comes up in the primary or general, would FP still be a strength for him?
