Gonna have to hard disagree (respectfully, of course!)... 70's Kirby is visually amazeballs but borderline-unreadable. FF is where it's at Kirby-wise. Ditko's stuff is always interesting, but again: Spidey, Strange is the deal imho.

I honestly find 1970s Kirby much easier to read than 1960s Marvel comics, in part because with 1960s stuff Kirby's art & Lee's post-facto balloons & captions were tugging in different directions, making it harder to read. Also, Lee's grating style.

Yes, as far as meddlers go, Weisinger’s interference had the most interesting results. He made good use of Binder/Hamilton. Lee used...himself...by smearing his sentences arbitrarily over artists that didnt need anyone else. Weisinger seems, to me, to believe in his project more.
