Yes, I've been seeing this—and it's not too hard to explain. 10 months away from the caucuses, the 2 front-runners have immediate name recognition, which will fade as summer campaigning ramps up. Biden's numbers will take a hit then, b/c he really is a terrible 2020 candidate.

Yes, "Biden if not Bernie" is a recurring theme among the stans. Which shows how unencumbered their politics are by any thought process. HRC is evil incarnate b/c of the Omnibus Crime Bill, & Biden wrote the damned thing. He gets a pass b/c he's white & male.
