I really think Anderson has a partial understanding of Brazilian electoral politics, this piece does not say nearly enough about the mistakes in the election that allowed Bolsonaro's surge, as well as the bizarre knife attack... He also insists in treating Lula as a victim...
Not saying Anderson is all wrong, but I always think his takes on Brazil are really armchaired and too broad.
