Classmate to stop engaging. It’s possible multiple people were trying, and perhaps failing, to diffuse the situation. I’m not convinced maga kid did anything wrong, except maybe he should have just stepped out of the way. But he didn’t appear to be chanting.

Philips SAID he thought the teenagers were "beasts" & the African-American men their "prey." As for cheers & tomahawk chop, I think when Philips approaches it initially looks like some of the kids are trying to chant along w/him. I think later some were mocking. A clusterfuck.
