The assumption here is that Sanders voters are responsible for those states being so close. That's not the case. The problem was Clinton's pursuit of suburban GOP voters alienated many traditional Dems (who weren't necessarily Sanders supporters).

One thing you need consider is the opponents in each case. Failure to vote for Obama against McCain is a far different proposition than the failure to vote for Clinton versus Trump.

No. Although blame does go to Bernie voters who refused to educate themselves about their own candidate, or the policies of others. Clinton was targeted by Putin because she had called out his fraudulent election. He was scared of her and knew he couldn’t manipulate and use her.
