Do you understand trade policy at all? There's so much more to this than the dairy sector. The rule of origin for the auto sector are a huge deal. 62% to 75% is going to mean ten of thousands more manufacturing jobs in the N. America if not more.

Also, the labor requirements are going to have a profound effect on Mexico's labor industry. Those are two major changes.
