Is there any great comedy from the 1970s/1980s that isn't now hugely problematic from a gender point of view?

Great? Yes, but still: the nurses are female and interchangeable (except for Houlihan) and the male doctors are the stars — of the show AND the unit.
-
The nurses aren't just interchangeable - they're constantly harassed by the doctors hitting on them. Sneaking into their showers, sexually humiliating them Really problematic

Well, the Clinger Section 8 gag is about as jarring as possible
-
The thing about Klinger is he uses the rules of the army to protest the war and try to get out. It is jarring, but the historical context still interesting.

Yes she was a complex character. That was My favorite show in HS. I can still hear the helicopters coming in.

MASH is one of my all-time favorite shows, but it has big problems re: harassment and consent. Abyssinia Henry is one of the greats but remember how right before he gets on the copter Henry grabs Hot Lips (at Hawkeye's urging) and plants a big ol nonconsensual smooch on her lips?

A friend’s dad always said, “I don’t remember any nurses in pants that tight.”
