2/ We’ve learned that when showing the best Tweets first, people find Twitter more relevant and useful. However, we've heard feedback from people who at times prefer to see the most recent Tweets.

I just want a simple chronological timeline, so I can know what the people I followed are tweeting. Why can't that be an option, with people getting "best tweet" ordering if they choose it and not imposed on them?

When off, you’ll only see Tweets from people you follow in reverse chronological order.
