False. In 1963 National Review argued the Birmingham church bombing (done by KKK) was likely work of "crazed Negro." In 1965 Buckley warned of “mobocratic rule” if “the entire Negro population in the South were suddenly given the vote.”

"In much of the south, what is so greatly feared is irresponsible, mobocratic rule" I love how you tried to spin it. And btw, in that same piece Buckley advocated disenfranchising Rednecks because of their "primitive passions". That piece wasn't it was just overly elitist.
