Then Judge Kavanaugh should've called Mr. Guttenberg on it. And in fact, Mr. Guttenberg gave him a chance for the Judge & his crew to call him on it, and they should do to Mr. Guttenberg what GM did to Michael Moore and meet privately, thereby undermining the core of the gotcha.
