Hard to believe Gladwell expressed an opinion about something he hadn't thoroughly researched. I mean, it's just astonishing.

There's a tipping point where Gladwell goes from seeming to know what he's talking about to absolutely obviously owned, and it happens in a blink. these days his good takes are more likely to be outliers.
