Person A is of race [X] says everyone of race [Y] is evil and inferior. Person B is of race [Y] says everyone of race [X] is evil and inferior. I say both are racists. Others argue only one is. Logic dictates one of us is wrong. Apparently people don't learn logic anymore.

The argument is that she was mocking the racism that is standard on social media by simply reversing its terms. She is doing a parody of that racism, including flipping a statement of Andrew Sullivan himself? Her remarks aren’t a rant that came out of nowhere.

Yeah, b/c I'm an idiot who's blind to brilliant satire. Like this: “oh man it’s kind of sick how much joy I get out of being cruel to old white men.” Or: “Dumbass fucking white people marking up the internet with their opinions like dogs pissing on fire hydrants." Swiftian. Yeah.

Let's take this step by step. Jeong tweeted: "are white people genetically predisposed to burn faster in the sun, thus logically being only fit to live underground like groveling goblins." Is that racist? Yes or no?

That may be an example of satire and trying to make a point, but this woman has hundreds and hundreds of nasty, hateful tweets aimed at white people spread over a four-year period - much of it unprovoked. To call all of that counter-trolling/satire is laughable in the extreme.

Let's slow down a second. You just acknowledged that a Jeong tweet that could seem like anti-white racism could in fact be satire. Right?

Wait, how do you know the others aren't satire? You acknowledge that she does on occasion use satire to mock racism. What special knowledge do you possess that allows you to say that other tweets of the same sort are meant sincerely?
