Any links for this research? I’d be very interested in seeing it as the tinfoil/libertarian crowf’s embrace of Trump and his authoritarian tendencies has been a true curiosity to me. Especially since they are all about how they’ll water the tree of liberty and so forth.

There was an article in the Atlantic many years ago (B. Schwarz?) about: the loudest and perhaps most eloquent advocates for 'liberty' at the Constitutional convention were slave owners.

Paul wasnt a white supremacist. He really didnt care for white supremacists. But if a more or less mainstream candidate doesnt care for white supremacists (instead of blasting them) well, a ton of supremacists will end up supporting that candidate.
