It would be really useful for someone to report on whether ORR actually does/has coordinate(d) with ICE/CBP on these matters and whether immigration activists think they should continue to be involved; I have seen a bunch of claims but nothing really well-reported on any side

We understand that. What we are objecting to is a policy of taking children from their parents when they present themselves as asylum seekers, particularly when it is acknowledged that the purpose of the policy is to deter families from seeking asylum in the first place
