so apparently COPPA has begun and I need to choose whether or not the video I've uploaded to the coffee stain channel is for kids or not. so random and arbitrary. I guess kids might watch. but it doesn't target kids. but it is about a game. and games are For Kids™.
This should be pretty simple, since you're not specifically targeting children under 13, it's not For Kids. Would they want to watch it? Sure, just like you might want to watch baby shark or whatever, but they'd need parental guidance to do so.

Of course, but that's always been the case with YouTube, they arbitrarily enforce whatever rules they want. In this case, compliance is fairly straightforward but seeing as the platform is ever changing, there's no guarantee you won't eventually be enforced.
