Device is a Windows 10 PC and I am using Chrome I have tried clearing browsing history and restarted and it's still bugged this is the error code I get when I press on the library tab thanks in advance!pic.twitter.com/5zgrX54mBN

Just to confirm, have you tried using Incognito/Private browsing mode to see if that makes a difference? Keep us posted.
