      David Buss Retweeted Rosalind Arden

Which is precisely the opposite of the predictions made by social role theory of sex differences; I wonder how many outright falsifications of social role theory it will take before its proponents admit that their theory does not hold up?https://twitter.com/Rosalind_Arden_/status/1053202753240162304 …

"Falsification" isn't in the vocabulary or tool kit of the social role theorists. I'd wager that most couldn't even define it, while simultaneously assuming that it's some kind of plot for and by men. Even countervailing evidence is somehow seen as supporting evidence.

I took one Gender Studies class-Women &Work; was very eye opening. The academic papers presented data, “appropriate” conclusions were drawn while other(obvious, to me)possible interpretations weren’t included. Constant jumping to single conclusion. Men & Society=Bad (&racist too)

Don't knock Social Theorists too much. Thanks to them, I have morphed from a broke-ass, semi-autistic never-do-well into a ruthless Machiavellian power player.

Views of the world where anything that seems to deny the truth of major propositions are conspiracy theories. Cults.

Perhaps a clearer exposition is views of the world where apparently falsifying evidence is claimed to be confirmatory evidence (part of the coverup) are conspiracy theories or cult credos.
