Nope. Not defending Kavanaugh. I haven't, and I won't, defend either the man or his character. I will, however, defend his right not to have a mob decide his fate. Personally, I don't want him on the court, because I knew boys like that, as most girls did. We can do better.

This issue isn’t binary: there are not two-and-only-two positions, although the over-the-top response on both sides would have us believe otherwise. I see a need for both an awareness of sexual assault, & the class privilege often behind it, AND a need for due process.
