The "Industrial Innovation Network" has filed an appeal against the City of Seattle over its proposed change to Industrial Land Use Policies, limiting changes to Manufacturing Industrial Centers to major updates of the Comp Plan or as part of a city-initiated comprehensive study.

The Industrial Innovation Network, an unincorporated association "with members who own and use property in MICs in Seattle" asks the Hearing Examiner to withdraw the DNS and remand to OPCD with instructions to comply with SEPA.
