it would work but 90% of kids never take it seriously and just mock it kids have a habit of hating anything that's given to them like that, we had yoga classes once a week and people just used to disrespect the yoga teachers and never follow them through

Depends on how it's presented. If it's presented seriously just as any math class for example then I think it would have been. But if it were some side class session for 2 weeks then probably not

i think it can be a very important to skill for everyone to have they can use the gym class time to spend some time on meditation and other mindfulness related things

If it was taken seriously, it would be a very beneficial program However i think most kids would just screw around. Some kids might not even take it because its not an honors credit (at least i dont imagine it to be)
