Try and introduce small healthy habits into your family's life. Start with drinking one more glass of water a day, or getting one more hour of sleep. You'll be amazed at how small changes can have a big impact!

Great work from the Thanet and Dover Speakout group last night! The young people took the lead in making our own lava lamps, running a quiz and leading a scavenger hunt! They also scored 2 Pay it Forward applications. All done virtually.
