A policy preventing Copyright owners from making $ on manual claims for:
Short song clips (ex: 5 sec of a song)
Unintentional audio (ex:
from passing cars)
Claimants can still block monetization or the video itself, but timestamps help you edit out the claim.
I can take criticism just fine. The thing is, clicking a button and running is NOT the same as offering criticism. Criticism requires actually engaging with somebody and articulating what you want to say to them.

Not technically, what you just described was "good" criticism. If I make a painting, go to an art gallery, ask someone if they like it, and they say no while crab walking away....that's the irl "dislike" button. A short statement of non agreement that helps determine reception.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

1/2. Maybe the dislike button doesn't apply to you specifically but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a place. I have seen huge dislikes on videos impact the situation. Like YouTube rewind and obviously fake apology vids.
