Government officials, maybe. Not all bluechecks. Also it's not Twitter's responsibility to make sure govt officials don't violate laws

The first amendment law in this case applies to all publicly notable figures (for example, the standard for a libel complaint differs for 1A)

The answer is Trump cannot block people because he’s Trump. Several ridiculous cases have the same answer.
