Obviously something is a bit off with the numbers on the recent male vs. female celibacy graph, but I think Tinder really has changed things recently and the long-term trend is toward more male celibacy and less female celibacy.

If there are some women who are both avoiding marriage and avoiding premarital sex, then that makes sense. However, I would think the effects of Tinder would overwhelm that small group
