If you're a company that has to get its black numbers up (and, yes, they keep a close eye on this due to discrimination lawsuits, so obviously you don't want more whites), do you hire the somewhat more docile black females, or do you hire the black males with arrest records?

HR is immensely less useful than either female accounting or male logistics, quickly approaching negative profit max AND neg social utility and my favorite EU company can put a fridge in shops from Norway to Greece without having any HR at all - managers do their own hiring.
